Teaching in the UAE can be an incredible experience - but between long working days, busy schedules and living away from established support networks, it can also be easy to feel like life revolves around work.

ClassPerks was created to change that.

We’re building a community that helps UAE teachers connect with people, discover opportunities, access useful perks and make more of life beyond the school gates.

ClassPerks was founded by Mellisa, a British primary teacher who spent years teaching in schools across the UAE.

After experiencing first-hand how easy it can be for teaching to take over your life, she wanted to create something that supported the person behind the teacher — not just their professional role.

What began as an idea to help teachers access more from life in the UAE has grown into something much bigger: a community built around connection, opportunities, experiences and making teacher life that little bit better.

Sometimes that might be a coffee morning with other teachers. Sometimes it’s a yoga session, a creative evening or discovering a new way to earn some extra money.
