Terms of Service

Welcome to ClassPerks. By creating an account, subscribing, or using our app and vendor scanner, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

ClassPerks lets eligible teachers redeem partner perks using rotating, time-limited QR codes and online coupon codes, and (optionally) earn loyalty points.

2. Eligibility

You must be a teacher/eligible staff member and provide any verification we reasonably require. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

3. Membership, billing & renewal

Membership is paid (monthly or annual) and auto-renews until cancelled. Taxes/fees may apply.

4. Cancellations & refunds

  • Cancel anytime: access continues to the end of the current billing period.

  • Cooling-off (unused only): Within 24 hours of purchase/renewal, you may request a full refund if no benefits were used (no in-store APPROVED scans and no coupon reveals). After 24 hours or once any benefit is used, the period is non-refundable.

  • Duplicate/erroneous charges are always refunded.
    (If bought via App Store/Play Store, store policies apply.)

5. Redemptions & fair use

  • In-store perks require showing your live rotating QR; screenshots won’t work.

  • Online perks may require revealing a coupon code in the app.

  • You must not share, sell, or attempt to reuse codes; misuse may result in suspension without refund.

6. Loyalty points & referrals (if enabled)

  • Points are earned as described in-app and may expire (e.g., after 12 months). Points have no cash value.

  • Referral points are awarded only after the referee completes their first in-store Approved scan, subject to caps and anti-abuse rules.

  • We may adjust or revoke points for misuse or error.

7. Vendors & offers

  • Offers are provided by third-party vendors who control availability, service quality, and compliance at their premises/sites. We are not responsible for vendor actions or premises. Vendor terms may apply.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass security, automate scans, or misuse referral/loyalty programs.

9. Changes to the service

We may add or remove features and partners. We’ll aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes.

10. Disclaimers & liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [UAE / relevant jurisdiction], and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Dubai/UAE], unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
