General About ClassPerks

ClassPerks is a teacher-only membership offering discounts, perks, and community events across the UAE - designed to save you money and support your wellbeing.
Membership is open to teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff in the UAE. (You will be required to show a valid school ID or Emirates ID at vendor venues.)

Membership is AED 149 per year (for early bird subscribers), billed annually. The standard pricing, if signing up via our website, is 199AED per year.

Please note - Different pricing is applicable for subscriptions made via the App Store or Google Play.
Currently, we do not offer free trials - but your membership more than pays for itself after just a few uses.
Yes! We work with schools to purchase bulk memberships for staff. Contact us at support@classperks.net for more info.

Open the app, choose a partner offer, and show your ClassPerks QR code at the venue or follow the redemption instructions listed.
Some partners may ask for proof that you’re an educator - always keep your school ID handy.
We work with restaurants, cafés, salons, entertainment venues, training providers and more - all offering exclusive teacher-only deals (We aim to add new partners and deals weekly)

Log in to the app, go to Account Settings, and tap Cancel My Subscription. We’ll process your request within 24 hours and email you a confirmation.
No, refunds are not provided for unused months - but you will keep full access until your subscription expires.
Yes, your subscription will renew every 12 months unless you cancel before the renewal date.

On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions to reset it via email.
Click ‘Retry QR’. If it still does not work, contact us at support@classperks.net and we’ll fix it as soon as possible so you don’t miss out.
