General About ClassPerks

  • ClassPerks is a community and platform created for teachers in the UAE. It brings together opportunities to Connect, Earn, Save and Grow - from teacher meetups and exclusive perks to tutoring opportunities, resources and more.

  • ClassPerks is primarily for teachers and education professionals living and working in the UAE. We also work with schools, families and businesses through different parts of the ClassPerks platform.

  • Teacher membership is designed for education professionals in the UAE. Some areas of the ClassPerks website, including our public resources and content, can be accessed without becoming a member.

Membership & Access

  • Yes. ClassPerks offers a free membership, giving you access to selected features and the opportunity to become part of the ClassPerks community. Optional paid membership levels unlock additional benefits and access.

  • Benefits vary by membership level. Free members can access selected ClassPerks features, while paid memberships offer additional benefits such as greater meetup access, member perks and additional opportunities. Full membership comparisons can be found on our Membership page.

  • Yes! We work with schools to purchase bulk memberships for staff. Contact us at support@classperks.net for more info.

Meetups & Community

  • ClassPerks Meetups are relaxed opportunities for UAE teachers to meet, connect and enjoy something outside of work. They might be as simple as coffee together or include a creative, social or wellness activity.

  • Upcoming meetups can be viewed online. You’ll need to be signed into your ClassPerks account to RSVP.

  • Free members can RSVP to one ClassPerks Meetup per month. Higher membership levels include additional meetup access.

  • Absolutely. Many people come to ClassPerks without knowing anyone else - meeting new people is rather the point!

  • Yes! We love hearing what our community would like to do. Send us your idea through our Contact page.

Tutoring & Earning

  • We’re currently building the ClassPerks Tutor Directory and will soon be inviting UAE teachers to create tutor profiles. Keep an eye on ClassPerks for registration updates.

  • ClassPerks Tutor profiles are intended for teachers and education professionals offering private tuition in the UAE. Eligibility and verification requirements will be clearly explained during registration.

  • Yes. Our searchable Tutor Directory is coming soon. In the meantime, visit our For Parents page and tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll use your enquiry to help connect you with suitable tutors as the service develops.

  • ClassPerks is developing a verification process to help families identify tutors whose information and credentials have been checked. Details of exactly what ClassPerks verification covers will be published alongside the Tutor Directory.

Perks & Discounts

  • ClassPerks Perks are offers and discounts provided to eligible ClassPerks members through our partner businesses.

  • Eligible members can access available offers from within their ClassPerks member area. Individual offers may have their own redemption instructions.

  • Our partners span a range of categories relevant to life in the UAE. Available Perks will continue to grow as new businesses join ClassPerks.

Jobs & Schools

  • ClassPerks Jobs is being developed to help UAE schools reach teachers already living and working in the region. More information will be available as the service launches.

  • Visit our For Schools page to register your interest or contact ClassPerks directly. We’ll be happy to discuss upcoming recruitment opportunities.

  • ClassPerks verification is being developed to give schools and families greater confidence when connecting with teachers through the platform. The exact checks included will be clearly displayed when the verification programme launches.

Account & Membership Management

  • Use the password reset option on the ClassPerks login page. You’ll receive instructions at the email address associated with your account.

  • Sign into your ClassPerks account to view and manage your account information. If you’re having difficulty making a change, contact us and we’ll help.

  • You can manage your membership through your ClassPerks account. Any applicable billing or cancellation terms will be shown when you join.

  • For recurring membership plans, renewal terms will be clearly shown at checkout before you subscribe.

Privacy & Security

  • We only use personal information for the purposes explained when it is collected and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • ClassPerks does not provide partner businesses with your personal contact information simply because you are a member. Where information needs to be shared to provide a particular service, this will be made clear.

  • Tutor profiles will display information relevant to helping families choose a suitable tutor. Tutors will be told what information is public before their profile is published.

  • Our Privacy Policy contains full information about how ClassPerks collects, uses and protects personal information.
